Mmmm, well awhile ago, from personal experience, I bought one req 11 for 150k. Took a long time to find it I almost gave up.

this item is really rare...not too long ago, i seen a 15/-1 with 10% recharge req10 go for 700k, so i imagine this is still worth a good amount, 200k+

thats because its dual mod'd ... this one is only single mod'd 50-60k imo
