Chaos Axe 15 Allways Very Rare?

I got a gold +15% allways chaos axe req 11. It got -1 health regen and 10% armor penetration to. I could uppgrade whith a +30 hp uppgrade if the value increses. I had never seen this mod before i got it. And the question is, what is it worth?

could easily get 150k if u find a mending nub

~125k maybe more imo, -1 hp regen is not a popular mod and it's a high req, and don't add +30 hp mod wont increase price by much

nubs use chaos axe's aswell
