its a SUP vigor (+50 health) thats blue text and looks like a minor scroll....
people are telling me its an old vesion of it....but i just found it off of a titan salvage armor (i found armor just off a run)
dunno if it would be worth more or something....trader dosnt accept it (scroll trader)
