PC on rare Scroll +29hp...

i gave a PC on this, at basically merchant value to the average player. It might only be worth something to a special collector because of the rare req 7. i havent seen any req 7 collectors other than for warrior weapons though, so good luck... i'd say put an auction on sell forum and see what u can get for it. IMHO, i dont think anything, but i could be wrong.
