I still cant quite heal my fiends correctly they die (as in faster then the mm's i see my friends do, They N/e's to but i cant get it >.<. I see them with awesome army's taht i cant really get. HELP! :'(, I know they arent 18 but they are 17, Close enough eh?
Help me out :'(

2. Can I heal them with a N/E with other necro skills??

you're missing glyph of renewal. cast it before VS every time to effectively reduce the VS recharge time to 15 sec.
that said, consider trying n/r and n/mo once you ascend. many people find they make larger/more effective armies using these builds. n/e does NOT have any additional options for healing your minions, which is one of its limitations.

Two more levels, the two 15 attribute point quests, a superior Death rune, and some Soul Reaping.
What level is your Death Magic? It should be 16. Soul Reaping should be 9+.
