Guild Wars: Faction the animated series!
Venomios
If Guild Wars ever evolved from the computer screen to other media,
here's my idea for the cartoon show! (based on my own characters, of course!)
what do you think?

Egg Rollz
if that was all done in ms paint, id say thats quite impressive
Venomios
actually, I hand drew the art with a thin point sharpie, scanned it, and colored it in Adobe Photoshop... all while juggling the demands of a 15 month old baby boy... THAT'S the impressive part.
veryl mikagoh

zoozoc
lol the minion looks like something from some zombie movie/game.
Venomios
uh... Lampshade.... that character wasn't based on you... it was based on a character I made for the FPE.
Griphyne
I also think the best are the Charr and the minion (The Charr wins hands down). However aside from that something bugs me about the style of the other ones. I think it's the hands and feet I'm not keen on, but then that might just be me.
What I was going to ask is whether you are seriously thinking of making an animation based on it? Now I'm no expert in animation but I did dabble in machinima for a while, and single handedly a project like that is very likely to fold. What you'll also have to take into account are animators and voice actors, most of which are difficult to find if you're looking for anyone good. Also from a storyline point of view there are too many characters initially, that is unless you plan on something like half an hour episodes (Takes a lot of teamwork and scritwriting)... even then it might be best to cut back on who you have. In the end it's all a matter of dedication.
Sorry if that all sounded negative, I really don't mean it to be. There is a reality to what I say though.

Sorry if that all sounded negative, I really don't mean it to be. There is a reality to what I say though. The style is a sort of manga super deformed. The lack of defined hands and feet help maintain a simplicity and softness to the characters. I COULD draw a gritty, ultra-realistic version, but where is the fun in that?
As for actually making a cartoon, . . LOL . . . as I said in the original post, IF GW expanded, this is what I thought would make cute characters for a cartoon. I've done animation before, but unless I am getting paid for it, I ain't touching it! LOL (attn Anet, I'd not mind being a consultant on any smallscreen/silverscreen ambitions!)
I'm surprised a bit that no monks have grumbled about the vapid look on the monk, with her head in the clouds.
Coming soon: Part II featuring the Frog, Gaile, the acquisition of Razorstone, and a few others I'll not spoil yet.
