want to change guild's name

i know its not possible to actually change the name, but is it possible that by being the leader and only person in the guild leave it and create another one?

You can create a new one whenever you leave your current one. Just go to the guild registrar in Ascalon or Lion's Arch.

but is it possible to leave the guild when im the leader and only member?

edit: havent done this of course, i dont want to kick the other members just to try it

you can leave a guild at any time. I do believe you need to promote that member of your's to officer before you leave. If you are the only person left in the guild you can just disban.
