Horn bows are only usefull when using barrage. They are the slowest of all and even having an inherent armor penetration mod, the can't keep up with other kind of bows imo. So paying like 100k for a bow that has limited usage plus isn't looking that awsome is a waste of money. I could hardly get a buyer for my req8 14%^50% storm bow for 50k so for me this bow ain't worth more than 30-40k.
