Mesmer stuff

Looking for some new equipment for my mesmer, something along the lines of:

Wands
- Gold, max
- req. 8-10 mesmer attribute
- +e^50 mod
- % skill recharge mod (mesmer attribute, not global)

Offhands
- Gold, max
- req. 8-10 mesmer attribute
- +e/-1 regen
- some other mod (preferably mesmer attribute skill recharge)

Note: items must have two mods, single-modded ones are of no use to me. Also, I'm not interested in greens or collector's items. No staves please. :P

Please post with your prices because I can't read your minds.
