Req 7 or 8 Gold Bows with 15^50 mod

edit: I was trying to remember the other stuff I need, probably still forgetting some.

I need any x% damage always weapon (prefer 1 handed) with only the following mod important -1 health regeneration. I don't care if it is purple I just want to add a crappy vamp mod to it to be able to get -2 health regeneration.
