Making a 55hp monk for Fow or UW

Hi there, in toa i see many people asking around for a 55hp monk to solo farm, well i mayby going to make one, but i have 3 questions.

1) If i have a 55hp monk, can i go fow or uw alone? or do i need other people?

2) What skills do i need?

3) I need an icon or something for -50 hp? where can i find it?

1) Yes you can, but it's not the easiest thing in the world. People do it.

2) You need protective spirit, healing breeze, balthazars spirit, sheild of judgement, mending, and the rest varies from build to build

3) The offhand item is gotten from a quest called "Cities of Ascalon". You get it from some NPC INSIDE ascalon city, but he's back near the pathway to The Great Wall.

Oh yes 55 hp monks are for fow.. i see them soloing it all the time for ectos.. lol..

Can you give me a good build for fow?

Another thing: should i take droks armor or lions arch armor because i have only 150k atm.

when i first made my 55 i posted a really similar thread, and all i got as reply was USE SEARCH! and you know it actualy worked!!!! can you believe it? SEARCH WORKS! especially for 55 monks!go use it please

after a while even me i got tired of endless 55 questions! use search! it works i used it for 55
