dmg +15% always
Health +45 always
Sundering 10 10% chance

i think this is very rare but then again, im normally wrong...

edit: soz i had a look again and it was +45 not 50 ^_^

A sword with 15% always with no negative mod hasn't been available since the very early days of GW. If this sword is as you say it is, it would be worth as much as you want it to be worth.

It is possible to have +55hp on an axe, if it's the HoD axe, but I'm not aware of any sword that gives you +55hp, HoD or not...

Btw, I just got a haircut last weekend, maybe I should've waited...
