PC eternal shield help :s

I have a golden eternal shield I been running around with for ages. Stats:

Armor 16 (Requires 13 strenght)
Recieved damage -3 (while hexed)
Recieved damage -2 (while in stance)

I use this mostly for running, ya know evil hexes and that. Also for SF tanking I get use of the "while hexed" and stance for common.

How much is this worth?
