Overheating
The Lich Ranger
What can you do to stop the computer from overheating when i am playing GW
Haggard
My friend had this problem, though not on GW. We moved his computer as it was boxed in with nowhere for the heat to escape except.. past a radiator ^^
Just move it somewhere more open, and consider cleaning out the fan.

Ya mine sits under this desk, its kinda surrounded by 3 walls and me sitting in front of it
Haggard
Well it took a lot of rewiring to move, but the thing stopped crashing completely afterwards, might be worth a weekend project?

Lol yea, ill have to find a NEW spot for it *sighs* so much work to do

I'm quoting myself, harr!
That may help some, depending on what the cause of your overheating is.

Stick some fans in/on your case that will be pulling cool air from your room INSIDE the case.
why is there a banned thing under my name?

it could also be that you have no fans at all and just some heatsinks which spread heat and have nowhere to go. thats what i found in a google search.
