Hey I am starting a guild like everyone else, and my opinion concerning the names
are biased so can someone tell me which name they like best from the list or have sugguestions? thanks.

How come that all the noob guilds have lame fantasy names, while guilds that hold HoH usually have fun and original names like "Melted Chocolate Bunnies" ?

because they couldn't think of a good name, as for my names not being original, I couldn't find a single guild with the word "ankh" or "avatar", so it isn't that unoriginal

I concur -- Immortal Ankh or Ethereal Ank are more original than the knights or avatar theme.
If I had to go along with your "An..." theme: How about "Ave Antares"?

I would also vote #3, as that one sounds the most original. You know how GW players are about originality...
ex:

Guilds don't hold the HoH, HA teams which are named after the leader of the group...I.E debbie loves power's team has Won in the HoH when that message comes up on screen it's because debbie loves power (a player) team won :P even though they're all in the same guild probably.

my Guild is Devils Scorpions, so if I start an Alliance, will the Alliance be called 'Devils Scorpions Alliance' or something like that?

I think there all good ideas, also consider the tag. I think the tag is sometimes more important then the name. people dont see the name as much as the tag. I would also like to add that when your first starting Pre is a good spot to recruit. Exp players are hard to get when starting, while new players seem to want, to just find someone to help them learn. Good Luck with the guild hope to see one of those names on the ladder =)
