Tormentors?Necrotic?

Is there any REAL difference in why people prefer Tormentors set over Necrotic set except for the looks? I personally like the Necrotic set more, but I wonder if theres something else about Tormentors that i dont know about, and the fact that they both have the same stats. Someone help me out here!

I'm a big fan for Necro's. I had to have all the 15k armor there is
soo far. Except for Fow. Which might be next. But to get back on topic.
The 15k Necrotic set has alot of detailing in it. Which I prefer. The only
other Necro armor with that much detailing is Fow. The 15k Tormentor
is I hate to say bragging rights. You might of heard people saying Yea
I spent 75k on my armor. Well thats where 15k Tormentor to me falls
in place. It's gonna cost you more than 75k Cause the materials includes
tanned hides and Del Steel. The Del Steel is whats gonna cost you. Unless
you craft your own Del Steels. But still adds up.

Thanks for the replys, but whata bout the 1,5k necro armors?tormentors/necrotic?As i just have arrived in droks, and looking to buy my first max armor set for this new necro.

Its totally Looks.....I personally bought Necrotic.

Stats are exactly the same. Buy the one you prefer looks wise.

Like I said above the difference is 15k Necrotic set has alot more
detailing. The 15k Tormentor cost more and it's shiny.
Comparing those to the 1.5k version is simple 15k verison of those
two looks 10x better.
If your are gonna get the 1.5k version for now. I would suggest
the Tormentor. I dont like the way the 1.5k Necrotic looks.
Another nice looking 1.5k is the Fanatic.(I don't think I spelled that right)

There's no difference in stats at all in the 1.5k tormentors, 1.5k necrotic, 15k tormentors, and 15k necrotic. The only difference, as stated by a few, is the look.

Get the one you like.

No one thinks Bonelace looks good? For me, it looks the sexiest.

People like the 70 more armor better. Barely any monk smites in pvp so the holy dmg is meh..

Bonelace is good armor though.
