Fire Dmg: 15-22 requires 12 sword
Damage +20% while hp below 50%
Enchantments last 19% longer

Skeleton shield
requires 8 tactics
16 AC
health +41 while enchanted

note all of them are rare

Just cuz they say they are rare when you pick them up, doesnt mean they are very rare

I would Sell Spatha for ~4-5k. Salvage %19 out of Falchion. Sell shield for 5-10k. Pretty rough estimates.

Its just that if its purple it somehow effects people's price range :P
