what to do about "leavers"

if someone leaves a party during a mission, the game should offer an option to the party leader to have the leaver replaced by a henchman of the same class. simple solution, and makes a huge difference. the choice should be offered so that a stupid hench doesn't mess up a teamwork-crucial mission.
