You can only add one Grip and one String per Bow.

For any moddable item (wands, greens, and offhands are excluded) you can have one prefix(first word) and one suffix(last word).

I prefer to make sure the weapon I'm modifying is one I plan on keeping. Unless you are using lower end mods, don't put a perfect mod on an imperfect weapon. When you get a better weapon, and want to salvage mod from weapon and put on new better weapon, you may not be able to salvage the mod.
