Some of the stores listed above are also taking pre-order online and will ship the pre-order box to you. GAME, Amazon, CHoices and Gamestation in the UK are all accepting online pre-orders and will ship you the box. But please check with the individual retailer about when they intend to ship the box, as they will likely have different policies.

Other stores may also allow an online pre-order and send you a box, if you find one please let us know

GAME will send you your CE when Factionsis released, and you should also receive a separate pre-order box. You will need to check with GAME about when they intend to send you the box. The pre-order box includes your key that will activate the bonus items. There's no significant difference between an online pre-order and going into the store; you get the same boxes either way.

well, mr Stark, i said dont laugh because a lot of people i know (especially from yorkshire) take the micky out of us yorkshire folks, ether for being tightarses, yokels (sp) or other thins....

i specifically mentioned West Yorkshire so that those who use the forum and live in the area KNOW that the west yorks game supplies have already gone out.
Mr Weeks has used his hometown of Brighton (or at least, where he works, since theres an office there, brighton was one of the places to post your entries for design a <thingie> comps......so the brighton area was also covered.

also, since i am NOT a male, nor was i born in yorkshire, i only count myself as living in, although my accent sems to have addapted somewhat, to WesT Yorkshire.

i did online pre-order from game.net and as i have seen someone else post they e-mailed game about the pre-order box and were told it would come with the retail box.

on the subject of the pre-order key game sent me an e-mail 2 days after my order which included the pre-order key and friends fpe key,so it would appear some people are having problems with game as they should have there keys by now.hope you get it sorted soon guys /fingers crossed for you.

also from the account details it states that the box is usualy shiped before the intended release date so maybe they have stopped the e-mailing of keys because the fpe is over(just a guess).so with a bit of luck we should have the retail version in our hands in time for the headstart.

Called HMV Oxford Circus today and they know about it but they still waiting for the Pre-order box.

But u can Pre-order the Factions CE in store. £49.99

GAME Store Located in BANK (Cheapside),have the Pre-order box in stock.
GAME in 100 Oxford Street are 2 much of a n00bs to even answer the phone.

€ 99 sounds 2 much but if thats the case keep the receipt and collect the game when its due out 28/04/06

but if it was €9.99 make sure you know what u paid for. did u pay €9.99 just for the pre-order box? or was toward the game that she preorder. like if the game is €59.99 then u still need to pay €49.99, etc... BUT KEEP that receipt no matter what.

The money you pay when you pre-order is a deposit towards the final price. So if you pay €10 when you pick up the pre-order box, you pay €10 less for Factions when you pick up the full game.

I bought my Pre-order box yesterday, from the Game on Oxford Street (Tottenham Court Rd end). They seemed to have plenty, £2 each, and after talking to a slightly confused shop assistant it seems there's no need to buy the actual game from them.

dint preorder just got my Pack for £2.00 as well the guy i talked 2 was a bit confused when i ask him so i dont need to put my name on the pre-order to get this pack.

Will not order from GAME cos £49.99 for the CE its a bit high comparing with other places that sell the CE.

Ok my mother just came in, with the correct package...

now it says a tactical guide is included..

the only thing I see is a CD, a white protected cd-key card, a small poster, and a booklet about NCsoft's games ( lineage e.g. )

*lemme put that CD in first*

also, the headstart does not show up on my account screen..preorder items do..

The "Tactical Guide" is a PDF on the CD.

My headstart doesn't show up either but I guess that's just the way it is, and we will all get our headstarts.

Alex weekes posted a list with all the shops in this thread, one of them is gamemania and fnac (2 shops in my area) and both have the pre-order package in store.

I've pre-ordered CE in gamemania and got the pre-order box.

My package is the same as some others in this thread: from the Free Record Shop site, it contains the following:
- GW:F key (which should grant exclusive ingame weapons and a 24 hours head start - which does not show up in the game key management, only the 2 weapons)
- Disc containing: Music, Video Material, Concept Art, Tactical Guide, a 'small' poster and some booklet from NCSoft.

Now let's just hope we will get that 24hours head start as it doesn't show up ingame. I was told it should, so I'll just have to believe that now, shouldn't I lol

yes, everytime you make a new character, they will be in your inventory.

on your other characters, press /preorder and the items will appear
