Yea #2 can sell for a good bit since it's tactics and not strength, so monk primary can benefit from +16 armor.
Now, who would want it, and how easy it would be to sell it, that's another question

Defensive stances are tactics based so any W/Mo stance tank would hop on this shield for 60k easy. If I had the cash to spare I know I would.

I would put a s/b of 10k and a b/o of 80k. Let the s/b be kinda low so u'll get more bumps from offers.
