Hey, I'm trying to find the collector that hands out the FFS for three scorched loadstones. I know it's near Serenity Temple but thats all I know, does anyone know the exact location? Thanks.

EDIT: also of note, is ... the collector who gives it out won't appear all the time, so you will have to try a few times.

He can be a bit picky about when he appears though, i had to do it solo 2 times to make him appear

Apparently the collector only appears when you have favor of the Gods. My brother did it twice, both times we had favor, and both times the collector appeared.
