Can someone help me get one thing!

Ok I bought the GW's game today.
I installed it, it ran smoothly with no errors.
I went to main menu of it.
I clicked create new account, I clicked the type in CD Key thing and filled out the rest of the form.
Soon I was finished and tried logging in.
I then noticed I had screwed up big time! I didn't know you had to have a master acc. with plaync for an email type acc. with GW's. So now I have lost my CD Key to an invalid email address it says and does this mean I lost 50.00$ because I typed in the wrong email address if so that is b.s. If someone can help me release the CD Key from the invalid email address I first used with teh CD Key plz reply to this or send an email to [email protected], ty.

contact customer support as they have all records of the transaction.

at worst since it is on a credit card you can simply have the charge reversed so no loss and buy it again and do it right.

Well I bought it at a retail store.

Because thats messed up if someone buys the game at a retail store and types in there plaync email address 1 letter wrong so then they have wasted 50$ whata truckin rip off wtf.

have you contacted customer service?

Since it said your email address was invalid, did you TRY to create another account with the correct email address using the same key?

That's the first thing I would have done. Also, are you saying that you can't log in to the account even with the incorrect email address as your login name?
