Yeah, he is. -20s don't have a standard like the -50 Grim Cesta. The Req.'s a bit high and the Armor +5 mod is all that's there... I'd say like 10k probably.

i have a frost artifact like that... doubt its worth as much but the req's r 9 water magic...

1-2k 1 mod and too high req ( 55 monk has 9 healing prayers )

BTW armor +5 mod is useless for a 55hp...(anyway mine has 13 healing=P)

every1 has a differnt 55hp monk. i rather have 4hp regen from mending so i can ubermonk UW in 15 minutes....
