-20 is handy for 55s, along with low healing req, and quite rare I understand?

BTW there is a -20 monk offhand in pre-searing ascalon with a less energy bonus...

You clearly don't understand the dynamics of a 55 monk.

Since it's max energy and healing-based, I'd say between 30k and 50k. Very nice find.

When the 55 monk dies, then the switch to the -20 offhand. It is much better than losing the energy from removing a piece of armor.
