Ladder resets?!

I cannot believe how many resets in the PvP ladder there have been! When the major champs came up and they reset it twice in the space of about 1 week, i was like "ok fair enough theres a championship recently" but by the end of Q1 why are they resetting AGAIN? What is the point of the constant resets anyone know? It just makes the game boring for some if the only options are:
1) GvG vs. [8 Wo/Mos with life bond] or [insert any other stupid build in here]
2) HoH
3) PvE

Also, i found out that Uni sold itself for 100k due to the upcoming reset. I forsee this happening more and more in the future. Stop resetting.

They reset the ladder so it doesn't become stagnated, also if you payed any attention to the games updates you would realize that every ladder reset comes with Skill changes ensuring that skills do not become stagnated as well. Anet is keeping the game fresh and all you can do is complain.
