However, not quite as many drawbacks. Knockdowns are a powerful form of control, and most knockdowns are either conditional (Stoning/Heavy Blow/Weaken Knees/Shield of Judgment), or come with heavy drawbacks (all adrenaline loss [Hammer Bash/Heavy Blow]), exhaustion ([Shock/Gale/Meteor]), long recharge ([Signet of Judgment]), etc. or a combination of both [Heavy Blow].
This has neither of those characteristics.
It's a cheap, unconditional knockdown with a decent recharge and no drawbacks. I'd suggest working some into it, or else it won't really come into line with existing skills.
Edit: Bah, forgot the energy loss - It's so meager I didn't really count it. Even with it in mind, I say the same thing.
