PC: Gold Sundering Halfmoon of Defense

I have a Rare (Gold) halfmoon here...

15-22 (Req 8)
Dmg- 15%^50
Armor Penetration 10/10
Armor +5

I was thinking of replacing the Armor +5 with a +30 HP Mod...
How much is it worth do you think?

100-120k imo. I wouldnt add the +30- if you have it atm just sell it for 30k and keep the bow as it is.
