WTB - Negative Energy Rod/Wand

I need a rod with negative energy mods for PvP (-5 is the highest I believe). I will pay more or less depending on the various other mods on the rod but the energy value is most important. Willing to pay a good price if you happen to come across a wand with this mod that usually goes straight to the merchant.
