Factions and Prophecies weapon stats

Ok, just wondering we have our godly weapons in prophecies e.g Chaos Axe req. 9 15^50, 10/10, +30hp, now in factions will this be godly or will even better weapons be bought out e.g. 20^50, 10/20, +60hp ? Also, The greens dropping in tombs, will they be dropped by named bosses in factions ?

No "imbalance" according to ANet and will not make you more powerful or give you an advantage over Prophecies only accounts. So, to answer your question...no, there will be no better modded or statted weps in Cantha.
