How to Play
Its good for 12 vs 12 matches, in which you want to seclude your opponent so you can pull off the combo properly. This combo should take down any foe despite its class (Excluding uncommon situations with super tanks) Unsuspecting Strike deals a good amount of damage to warm up, follow in with Fox Fangs for a little more, knock foe down with Horns of the Ox, then poison with Falling Spider, stack on deep wound and bleeding with twisted fangs. Opponent should be dead or close to it by the end of thise combo, charge yourself up with victory is mine before the poor fellow dies and find another target. If you're fighting in the midst of a group, simply skip Horns of the Ox and Falling spider, you'll still be effective but not deadly.

Similar ideas to this build, so would be worth you looking there for other comments.
With regard to your specific choices, your attack chain is very dependent on the conditional element of Horns of the Ox. This isn't necessarily a dreadfully bad thinkg if you are looking specifically at 12 vs 12 battles, but the fact that you have no speed boosts/ snares /teleports to take the best advantage of foes a little way from their friends is a worry to me.
You can of course just skip Horns/Falling and go straight into Twisting, which gives the build a nice contigency plan, but that isn't optimal for ViM. I think you may also run into energy problems trying to land the whole chain, so be careful on your timing (make sure you have enough energy for Horns/Falling in one go etc.)
