I know it's req 12 (and that'll detract from price, obviously), but it's got an unconditional damage mod, has max damage and is gold, so I thought maybe it's worth something.

So any help will be appreciated, thanks.

-10 while attacking is a condition, it is not unconditional.

this sword is sworth around 5-10k
