Monk early game is screwed!

Alright I'm trying to level up my lvl 10 monk/ele. I Have Asthetics Droks armour. I got to droks very early after pre-sear and I've gone back to try and do all the little sub-quests and missions in Ascalon but it's just not possible. My monk has no offensive power whatsoever and henchies are henchies

So what do I do? bcos now i feel like giving up

I dont know what you talking about, I had lots of fun healing henchies in Ascalon. And if you really want to do damage, you can always go with smiting/blood or smiting/domination combo or just smiting

ok lets think about this.....monk....monks heal/prot ppl, they are not built for offence! but ya quests as a monk suck, thats why i deleted my guy when he was bout lvl 11, i just couldnt take it, so boring.
