where do u get chaos axes from? where can u farm to get one? i think 25k is wayyyyy over pricing, for 25k i could get a normal looking axe, max dmg gold, possibly green.

Well samurai, u get chaos axes from Fissure of Woe which is in Temple of ages. As far as it's high price it's because of the skin. Yes, u can get an axe with the same stats alot cheaper, u can even get a collector one, but cause of the awesome skin it the chaos axe sells high. And most greens are crap and sell cheap for a reason.
Now for the PC with the 10/10 sundering and +30hp i'd say it's about 150~200k

What I mostly do, is ask people to show me their CHEAP golds. Sometimes there are good stuff between them or crap weapons with perfect mods (those I try to salvage). Only people not really aware of the value sell those for almost nothing.
I also most often take a look when people WTS golds. Once in a while your lucky. I think i made alreay over 500k without leaving any village the past 2 months.
