help please?

I am mostly a warrior player, and i decided to try something new... i tried a ranger/el... it was decent dmg output but a monk could cancel out what i was doing quite fast... then something interesting happened... i went up against a mesmer who owned me in a very very short amount of time. So, i want to build a mes. I have looked at the builds edenial and dom seem popular but i am not that familiar with the mes skills. I want to make the most offensive mesmer possible. Any suggestions?
