Does anyone know maybe where can I find a Holy Rod with stats like this:
11-22 (req. 9 Divine Favor)
Energy +15
Energy regeneration -1

I assume there is some collector which has it, but I can't seem to find it. I've looked over the desert & most of shiverpeaks at collectors & couldn't find it. Since the item exists in PvP character creating, I surely hope that it can be found somewhere in game aswell.

There actually isn't one with max damage and divine favor req.

If you must have divine favor req, your best bet is in the ascalon settlement
