need decision making help

i got bored of my warrior and decided to do some pvp... i have made a ranger/el with the following skills: Greater Conflag, power shot, dual shot, pindown, kindle arrows, conjure flame, storm chaser, troll unguent. The damage is pretty good but i realize i am still getting out damaged by many people. I decided El or Mes will probably be the best route. I looked at the domination and esurge builds for mes that went up in valkeries post in the mes section of the forums... and i have also looked at some other el build that supposedly chain alot of damage, but just short of the amount needed to kill some on instantly... and unfortunately alot of them seem to use alot of energy and have alot of cooldown.... i am stuck... i want to make the most offensive character possible. Any suggestions? i tried to ask this before but my thread got closed in the other forum because i was told i didnt search. I did search around, i am just not an expert and i dont have the time to try every build possible, i got one character slot and i cant run around buying every skill for every build.

PvP has never been about one single person dominating and killing things instantly, its about teamwork and timing (for spikes). I'd suggest participating in team builds (like ranger spike, balanced etc) rather than hoping you can find the 'ultra-build' that renders everything else useless.

well unless if you go to randm arenas, you NEED to consult with team of your build, so all players will compliiment each other. and good teams normally select a strategy before goin in

i do random team alot... i wasnt looking for the ultimate build, i was looking for a glass cannon of sorts. I wanna know after my skill chain i am gonna see a dent in their life... right now, i am really not seeing that.

The popular Axe combo of Penetrating Blow -> Eviscerate -> Executioners Strike HURTS (as long as all of them get through).

Actually many certain professions and builds can tear up a whole party .
