Looking for a very specific Necro offhand (req 8-13 death/8-9 blood)
+12 en
+14/15 en
-1 en regen
+10% halves casting time for all spells/+18%-20% halves casting time for death magic.

iv got a blood offhand...im not sure wat the req is but it gives +25 energy-1reg...but no extra mods

You won't find one with both all casting speed and death casting speed increases. It will be all cast speed & cast recharge, but not both cast speeds. Hope this helps

anna, he meant either or, on the 2nd mod being casting on all, OR casting on death.... he wants 14/-1 or 15/-1 to be the first mod. just FYI
