Ok guys a quick and easy question here. IF you run 2 Elemental Attunements {E} simultaneously will they stack and give you a 100% return? I'm not sure if they stack or not but if they do then that would be great!

The return of the Me/E Machine Gun, it would signify.

Although they would be as sucky as ever.

Even if you managed to (Arcane Echo)...no. Recasting an enchantment only renews the duration for which it wil last (example: 45s enchantment, recast at 30s of the original cast, 30s+45s=75s).
