Please use the trade channel. not main for trade talk !

Hehehe. I once told people to shut up so I could find a group in LAd1 when I was a noob, and got about 100 PMs saying that I was a ****tard because LAd1 is a "designated trade server". I just laughed. Now I don't laugh, I come close to crying. I don't care what you traders need to do to sell your products, keep it away from the local channels. It's really growing into a problem because newbies can't do anything in cities (expecially post-searing Ascalon, which is one of the worst) and it's very hard to get groups for quests that may start there. The response to this may be "do it with henchies", but I much prefer the company of human beings to henchmen, and I doubt I'm the only one.

Heres my suggestion to the WTS/WTB problem.
What if, anet made it so that whenever anyone starts off their sentence as (example)
WTS: XXX XXXXXX XX XXXX
~~~~WTB:::::XXX xXX xxx xxxxxx xx~~~~
<<<<<<<<<<<<<WTS/WTB-------xxxx xxxx xxxxx>>>>>>>>>>>>>

They get redirected directly to the trade channel?If you start off your sentence like so in the local channel, right as you finish typing "WTS/WTB" you get directly redirected into the trade channel.This would work even if there were symbols in the beginning of the sentence. This could also work if the first word of your sentence is "BUYING/SELLING". This might not fix ALL of the spamming of the trders, but im sure itd get some off the spam off of the local channel.

I can't believe you people moan about this. Its pretty simple, there is no better system for selling stuff then spamming it. All chat gets more attention than trade chat, so can you really blame these people? Especially in LA d1, or similar places, you really have to expect an onslaught of trade spam. Remember 'one mans trade spam is another mans potentially lucrative deal*'

Also when I go to buy I turn off the local channel... same with selling.

Either this or get rid of one of the channels please, though I prefer to have the two properly used. Banning WTB/WTT/WTS in the all chat might be way to help fix?

I suppose this is where we get to hear about a new trading system though. Just too bad people cannot use what was created nicely in the first place.

Yeup... so shietcan the two chats then pleez ORRR ban anyone that has a screenshot sent in with them spamming sales in the all chat would work wonders too.
