The most likely reason is that it was a pre-nerf Fiery Flame Spitter which had a 15% recharge not a 10% recharge.

15% one are worth millions heres an auction of one. however, the 10% ones if you can find a buyer, 1k is a going price. or if you're willing to spend 10 mins to get one, collectors still there to get your own 10% one.
