Petition to improve Skullcrack

I love Skull Crack, I just don't really think it needs improvement; Maybe MAYBE just a little bit to make it stronger in pvp. but if there is more than two monks in the party, it's pretty much usless IF they have Mend cond/Ali. And wouldn't it be kinda 'overpowered' if it interupted their current action instead of just spells?

But it should be allowed since an Elite. It's not as much the spell, if it was non elite nobody would care as much but this is one of the worst Elite skills ever for PvP, and people need something to daze people with rather than Concussion Shot... IMO
Plus 9 hits of adrenaline and an interuppt spell is very hard against monks, unfair.

I had made a thread a bit earlier about this in the Sanitarium, but meh. This one seems to be getting more interest.
Also, look at Temple Strike. Covered with blind, and ints as well. Temple Strike is way more powerful than Skull Crack, which is currently useless in PvP. I think A-Net was rather afraid of this particular condition when they first made abilities. imo, Skullcrack is currently comparable to Concussion Shot, a non-elite, more perhaps even worse in some ways (range/activation speed/cost method)

As a note, broad head arrow is very slow moving and easy to dodge, last I'd seen, AND it has the same high cost of Concussion Shot, with a long recharge to boot.
A free, non-attribute skill that inflicts Daze on impact, particularly when looking at adrenal boost options, is not quite a fair comparison. While Skull Crack can still be 'blocked' or 'evaded', so can Broad Head Arrow, in addition to being simply side-stepped.
I think that either non-eliting it as it is now and seeing if it can find a home in the new sword builds coming in Factions, or giving it interrupt attack speed are a few of the best bets.

Skull Crack [E]
Strength Attribute
8 Adrenaline 3/4 Casting
If this attack hits, target foe is intertupted. If that action was a spell, this attack does +5...17 damage target foe is Dazed for 15 seconds.
Or take out the +5...17 damage altogether and keep it as No Attribute.

BTW does ANet even read petitions? Just asking.

might link it to strength to prevent any "abuse" on non-warrior characters (although i realy don't see the problem in this, it's adrenalin based after all, so you need an equal amount of hits with every class (dunno about dual hits on assassin though, if those count as 2 strikes of adrenalin, it might get nasty).
doesn't need a major buff, but specially with the new skills it might need to be balanced out : make the daze unconditional for example

I don't think it should be 'fixed' to be Warrior only- as an unlinked skill it has an interesting potential. The problem is, has been and remains that the skills itself has a pathetic effect at high cost. Just fixing the cost might make it competitive, fixing the effect would make it highly specialized, and fixing both would concievably make it into a good skill. At which point, heads would explode (implode rather, from the force of being struck about the skull repeatedly).
