you could try to fish with it in LA but it would just be worth more for that staff head i believe..(20-45k i think, havent seen any good ones for sale in a long time)

If you are selling it to a fire magic user, Req. shouldn't matter, they should have high fire magic.

Only nubz and collectors worry about req.

lol... salvage, staff is junk.. hp mod like 20k or so... and armor 5k.. either way more than the staff is worth
