Perfect Shadow Shield, req 8, -5 damage (20%).. NEED ASAP

Shadow Shield
-Req 8 strength
-16 armor
-damage -5 (20%)


I have gotton various PC's on this shield. Some people say it is extremely rare to get a shield like this with perfect stats, while others say it is merchant fodder. I need a few good opinions on the price of this, because I have only seen a few -5 (20%)'s and I want to sell it for the right price, especially because of its good skin.

if it had another perfect mod it would be perfect but im not sure still a nice sheild

I've heard of these selling for 20-30k or something like that but I wouldn't think they'd be any more than other single mod ones... which are like 5-10k
