On the addition of mission like headers in most Outposts

The new floating party headers in the outposts are quite distracting. I understand why they were added. But they really distract from the game and enjoying the countryside. Part of the wonder of Guild Wars is the beautiful grafics. Also it makes it hard to see the quest givers. So I was wondering if we could have a button to turn them on or off. This way every one is happy the people who want to form parties can, and those of us who want to talk or just look around can too.
