Energy +10
fire dmg:11-22 req 9
halves casting time of fire magic spells chance: 20%
halves skill recharge of fire magic spells chance: 20%
Energy +4
Enchantments last 19% longer

lol, well, i am a bit broke so cheap is always good . besides, seems as a good, almost perfect staff, and the green counterpart (ragos flame staff) is worth about 45k. so it must not be that bad.
