I would salvage the Pauldron for the Superior Rune of Water Magic, although Ele Runes tend to be quite cheap. (Hundreds, rather than thousands)

You could then sell it to either the Rune Trader, or to a player online.

Not sure on the others, although the 19% enchant might be worth something

halfmoon can get atleast 10k but going to be hard to sell~

i'd say half moon gets alot more, its a decently desirable skin, nice mods, and perfect inherent mod, and decent req... i was just wondering the other day how desirable "in stance" damage mod is for rangers. i know "while enchanted" for them sucks, but i dont think "in stance" is as useful to them as it is for warriors, but i think it is moderately, i'm not sure.... your PC hangs on this demand about "in stance", so i'd wait on an experienced ranger to give you a PC, and i'll say 20-30k in the meantime.
