HP+32 (while hexed) lol

i have no idea on how much it worth, nice rare skin and low req with kinda crappy mod but at least both bonus' conditions are match

maybe somekind of pvp warrior would loves it (i dunno lol)

btw max hexed condition should be 60 right?
