existence of 3 mods shield

I read a thread about this and more than 2 ppl said they had seen those shields before, but I have never seen someone sell one of those in high end forum or LA. So I would like to confirm if it really exists or those guys are just lying, or they are faction items that will be available at the end of the month?

psh, the canthan targe. I want one so badly, though i cant seem to give up my +45 health -2 damage stance shield :/

That's a pre-order shield. I'm sure the OP was talking about a normal shield that could be dropped from a chest or monster.

Its rarer and I dont know about Gold dfrops with 3 mods, but I've gotten a few blue ones with 3 mods. Trash stats and such though. Might be like sickles where its not avialable on the higher end.

I belived I used to have a -2 in a stance + -2 (9%) and had duration of blindness 33%.

That's because on blue items the third "mod" is generally a negative energy or -armor mod to balance out its positive attribute
