And assuming I add max Sundering and Fortitude mods to it, how much then?

Also, how much for an Un-ID'ed purple (req.8) Mursaat skin bow?
Around 40k like the sticky states or less since it's not 'gold'?

The un-IDed purple req.8 one turned out to be +11% while enchanted.
